Plant Based Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Make your fall mornings a little simplier + a whole lot sweeter with this Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats recipe. Make it the night before, wake up and get going with your bad self :’ )

 

Plant Based Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

The perfect pairing for those early Fall mornings. Stay in bed a little longer knowing that you have a meal ready to go first thing in the morning. NAMASTAY in bed my love. 

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oat
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Optional toppings: walnuts, raisins, brown sugar

    1. 1. Grab a 12 oz mason jar

      2. Layer ingredients one at a time until jar is full

      3. Let sit overnight or for at least 8 hours

      4. Stir 

      4. Top with your your walnuts, raisins or brown sugar
