This simple and fresh smoothie recipe is one that I have every morning. It energizes my body first thing in the morning and gives me something to look forward to when I wake up! Whether its snowy outside or 90 degrees, you can always find this in my hand on any given day : )
Daily Detox Green Smoothie
A delicious morning drink for the go-getter in you.
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp spiralina
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 4 ice cubes
- 1. Add all ingredients in the blender (I use a Nutribullet) *try adding liquid first to avoid powders being stuck on glass while blending
2. BLEND AWAY!
3. Pour in a cup and enjoy!
